In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the wowph22 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under any wowph22 promotion.

By registering an Account on wowph22, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or using any service offered by wowph22, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the wowph22 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, terms, or conditions applicable to specific Games or promotions offered on the Platform ("Supplementary Terms").

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Supplementary Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and wowph22 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

If you are accessing wowph22 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will constitute acceptance by that third party.

• Single Account: You must not hold any other active or suspended wowph22 Account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the wowph22 platform at any time.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of wowph22 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access wagering services on wowph22, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

4.1 Account Information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. wowph22 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.2 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wowph22 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other Account access information with any third party. wowph22 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

4.3 Unauthorized Access. You must notify wowph22 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. wowph22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). wowph22 is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to provide supporting documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.5 One Account Policy. Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the wowph22 platform is strictly prohibited. In the event duplicate Accounts are identified, wowph22 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, suspend outstanding withdrawal requests, and void any bonus credits or winnings accrued across the duplicate Accounts.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wowph22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. wowph22 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds and will provide advance notice via the account dashboard where feasible.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly and credited to your wowph22 Balance in real time. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard bank processing times and typically reflect within thirty (30) minutes during normal banking hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided your Account balance is sufficient and your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal processing times are approximately fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and same-day for bank transfers submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on business days.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. wowph22 reserves the right to impose a reasonable verification review prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6 Transaction Fees. wowph22 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals at standard limits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, for which wowph22 accepts no liability.

5.7 Chargebacks and Reversals. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in relation to any wowph22 deposit is a material breach of these Terms. wowph22 reserves the right to suspend your Account, pursue recovery of chargebacked amounts, and report such activity to relevant Philippine financial regulatory authorities.

wowph22 may offer bonuses, promotions, free credits, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all wowph22 promotional offers unless a specific promotion's Supplementary Terms expressly provide otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your wowph22 Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the Supplementary Terms of each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will not be available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.2 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's Supplementary Terms will expire and be forfeited automatically without notice.

6.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria. wowph22 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer at any time if eligibility requirements are not met or if abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to fulfill wagering requirements;
• Wagering on games excluded under the relevant promotion's terms solely to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures.

6.5 No Obligation. The availability of promotions is at the sole discretion of wowph22. wowph22 is under no obligation to offer any promotion to any particular player and may discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Game Rules. Each Game available on wowph22 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. By participating in any Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game rules, the specific Game rules shall prevail with respect to that Game.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions performed by certified dealers and are not subject to RNG systems.

7.3 Malfunctions. 7.4 Erroneous Display. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on or in connection with the wowph22 platform. Any violation of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with wowph22;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other program to access, monitor, or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or other fraudulent activity in connection with any Game;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software underlying the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wowph22 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;

All content on the wowph22 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the wowph22 brand name and trademark, is the property of wowph22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of wowph22.

Any feedback, suggestions, or other communications you submit to wowph22 regarding the Platform may be used by wowph22 without restriction or compensation to you.

12.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wowph22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if wowph22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Liability Cap. Where wowph22's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wowph22 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. wowph22 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or natural disaster.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your wowph22 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at closure will be forfeited.

13.2 Suspension by wowph22. wowph22 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Requirement by PAGCOR or other regulatory authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for cause, wowph22 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to verification and any applicable deductions for unpaid charges, provided no regulatory obligation prevents such return.

13.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months are considered inactive. wowph22 will notify you prior to any administrative action being taken on an inactive Account via your registered contact details.

wowph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, wowph22 will provide notice to registered players via the in-account notification system and by displaying a prominent notice on the wowph22 homepage.

Amended Terms take effect from the date specified in the amendment notice, or, if no date is specified, from the date of publication on wowph22.co. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Regulatory Disputes. Any dispute relating to the regulatory operation of wowph22 may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. wowph22 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or dispute resolution process.

15.3 Player Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the wowph22 compliance department for formal review.

15.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to any PAGCOR regulatory dispute process, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
